There are no returns on opened items That was purchased new or refurbished. If the item arrives and it is not as described, you may return the item for a refund. Returns will not be accepted for any other reason. Buyer as 14 days to return new unopened item in the original packaging from the date item was received to receive a refund. Buyer pays for return shipping. There will be a restocking fee that will be deducted from the total. Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization. Please request a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA) from us. A copy of the invoice must be attached to all returns or exchanges. Shipping charges will not be refunded if there was any.
